This image is from a glass plate positive I acquired from the United Kingdom.
Attractions at Lake George

This postcard shows two ladies in a double-paddle canoe (left), a skin-on-frame canoe/kayak (center) and a transom-sterned rowboat (right).
Canoeing

Pearl White

Pearl White stands in what appears to be a Carleton canoe in this postcard published by Pathé Frères Cinema, Ltd. The canoe has heart-shaped decks, closed gunwales, a carry thwart in the bow, and a tag consistent in appearance with that used by Carleton.
